The Office acknowledges that, on rare occasions, a golfer conducts themselves creditably: the round kept at pace, the rake returned, the honest six recorded as a six. The Office regards these occasions with suspicion, but will, upon receipt of a properly filed commendation and the applicable fee, issue official recognition by United States mail.
