Have you witnessed conduct on the golf course inconsistent with the standards this Office has upheld since 1894? Fulfill your civic duty. Upon review and payment of the applicable filing fee, the Office will investigate and serve the offending party with official correspondence by United States mail. Complainant identities are sealed under § 31.2.

The Office collects the applicable filing fee at intake, as any court would. Before service, you will receive a proof of the correspondence for your approval; one round of revisions is included. Proofs typically issue within two (2) business days; the mail then proceeds at its own pace, which the Office has cited before, without effect. If the Office cannot produce correspondence you approve, the fee is returned and the file is sealed. The Office’s prose is rarely improved upon, but it entertains attempts. Frivolous complaints are not refused, merely noted.
